Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Canceling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 25% fee of total service cost. Canceling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time for a second time will result in fee of 50% of the total service amount and a deposit to schedule again. Canceling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time for the third time will result in a fee of a termination of all future appointments. A no-show, no-call for your scheduled appointment time will result in 50% of your service amount charged to the card on file, as well as, a 50% deposit to secure a future appointment.
